Dear President, dear Rotarian friend,
Further to our previous letter we again invite you to participate at our Leonardo da Vinci weekend with as many as possible members of your Club. We are pleased to enclose further detailed information and kindly ask you to forward it to your members.
The Registration Form should be completed and returned to Mario Rohracher (mario.rohracher@chello.at) before the 25th of March 2010. At the same time the Registration Fee of € 250 per person should be transferred free of Bank/Transfer charge to the account mentioned in the Registration Form.
The Price Contribution has been fixed at our last meeting in Athens to the amount of 1.050 € per Club (Firenze 1.550 €). This amount is payable free of Bank/Transfer charge before the 30th of April 2010 to the same account.
For Hotel Reservation we recommend to book your stay in Hotel de France, which is located at the famous Vienna Ringstraße and close to the University and the City Hall, where the ceremony and the Ball will take place respectively. At Hotel de France there also will be the reception desk for the Premio registration and the meeting point for Home Hospitality.
We are pleased to inform you that we could negotiate a further reduction of prices. The new rates will now be 120 € (standard room), 155 € (business room), 180 € (junior suite), all prices per night per room (single or double). The breakfast will now be 20 € per person per day. If participants decide to extend their visit to Vienna the special rates shall apply for the whole stay. Due to the high season in Vienna the availability and special rates of the rooms can only be guaranteed until 25th March 2010. If you want to make your own choice of the hotel please indicate your hotel name in the Registration Form.
Booking Procedure: Please go to www.hoteldefrance.at, choose your language and click on the link “Rotary Premio Leonardo 2010”. Then fill in the username ”Rotary” and password “Premio” and proceed with the booking.
